Refund policy

SHIPPING

We require up to three business days to process and ship in-stock items.
For handmade products, please note that they are made to order and may take up to two weeks to ship. We’ll always do our best to get things out as soon as we can!

Once your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping service.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International customers are responsible for any additional fees that may apply in your country, including customs duties, import taxes, or other charges. These are not covered by us and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.


RETURNS POLICY

If you’d like to return an item, please email us at victoria_ng@leapwithme.co within 14 days of receiving your parcel. We'll provide all necessary instructions for the return process.

As a small business, we’re unfortunately not able to cover return shipping costs at this time.

Return conditions:

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a refund (excluding original shipping) within 14 days using your original payment method


IMPORTANT NOTES ON RETURNS

  • Items not in original condition, or damaged/missing parts not due to our error, may only qualify for partial refunds

  • Returns received more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you’d like to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at victoria_ng@leapwithme.co
